NCRC Reopens for Adoption Information Disclosure Petitions

NOTE: If you submitted an application for Adoption Information Disclosure between September 16, 2025, 00:00 and 14:00 (KST), it was not properly registered due to a technical error and will need to be submitted again.

There are now revised procedures for Adoption Information Disclosure Requests and visit reservations.

Korean adoptees can now submit their adoption information disclosure applications electronically via KAS's Website. We have a full step by step guide here.
