Online KAD Support Groups

In our journey, it's important to seek support, either online or in person, from allies who can understand some of the experiences unique to being a KAD. We've compiled a list of recommended online groups by state to help you find community.

Please note that these links are just a start to creating your own community. There are other ways to meet KADs such as conferences, local meetups, and online every week. For more information on upcoming and recommended conferences, weekly calls, and other events (both in person and online), please join our USKRG Facebook Group.

Please also note that everyone is in different stages of their healing journey, may have differing values, and is making their way through the adoptee consciousness model in their own time. We cannot guarantee that every KAD you meet will be a safe person, however many KADs report the connections they do make become lifelong community.
